How can I Force Upper Case attribute names when writing to Oracle DB in FME 2016?

I try to follow this instructions https://knowledge.safe.com/content/kbentry/109/forcing-upper-case-attribute-names-when-writing-to.html but it seems that it is for FME 2015 and the metafiles are different.

Chatting with @kenatsafe on this and we think that article is only valid for FME 2015 or before (so it'll now get changed). There appears to be a new parameter available for you on the 2016 Oracle Writer that solves your problem for you and the default setting should be what you want.

I tried that, but it seems not to work..
