Is this a vector to raster conversion? You might want to try using a transformer like mapnikrasterizer

Do you have any more information on what your source data is? What is happening in your process is the output blank?
I have different kind of my source data, I have Mapinfo table file, Mapinfo table, SHP file, SHX file
I'm not sure which files is the best to convert ?

Can you add the log file or send the error information. The bit where it says a fatal error has occurred check the logfile above for details. What does the error message say was the issue?
What are you trying to display in the tiff?
