Not as of yet, but a quick look at that website shows that it's a well-documented implementation, so the regular XML reader along with the schema documents that you can download from there (if you are a registered user) should be enough.

Hi Shahrokh,

could you get deeper in the task to read, analyse, visualize railML-Data with FME?

Would be interesting for me. Possibly you have found alternatives formats/tools to work efficiently with rail trajectories.
