@lompui In the article that @danilo_fme referenced, have a look at the example starting at Creating Points for a Shapefile of Stops. Work through that example and instead of Shapefile use PostGIS. I think you'll get the information you need. If you're new to FME then it can really help to attend an instructor lead on-line training class or work through the recorded version.
