Hi all, i was wondering if it is possible to convert a gml file into a pdf? or convert the gml file into an image and place that image in a pdf? Thankyou

I would suggest using MapnikRasterizer to convert from Vector to Raster - there you can also set colors, styles etc per layer.

Depending if the GML-file is large or not you can also write directly to PDF as Vector and do the styling on the vector by using the PDFStyler and style each layer/feature_type different:
