It is always nice to include a bit more information with a post. To try and guess your issue form this screenshot is a bit inconvenient.

FME version?

ArcGIS Pro version? (3.0.2?)

Which reader? (Esri Geodatabase (File Geodb) / Esri Geodatabase (File Geodb Open API))

Which writer? (Esri Geodatabase (File Geodb) / Esri Geodatabase (File Geodb Open API))

What data type? (Points / Lines / Polygons / Annotations / Rasters)

Sorry, the information provided is not very complete, I use arcgis pro 3.02, reader used ESRI' File Geodb, I tried to change ESRI arcgis compatibility, and python option all failed to read, can only write

Can you try the OpenAPI Geodatabase reader and see if that makes a difference?

Is it just an issue with that one GDB? Can you open in the version of Pro you have installed?
