Failed to add feature type Relationship Class when adding a writer

I am having an issue adding a writer from ArcSDE. I am looking to write to Relationship within Oracle SDE, it is 1-many. On creating the Writer I get the following,

The table name 'SMU_SPATIAL.Report_PhotoRepeat' could not be found in the Geodatabase as either a feature class or a table. This may be because the current user does not have permission to see 'SMU_SPATIAL.Report_PhotoRepeat'

However when I add the Writer I am using exactly that user SMU_SPATIAL. Has anyone ran into this, any help would be appreciated.
