Thanks for the heads up on that one question, @redgeographics - I think you're right. It's too much to expect anyone to answer with that much content. We'll see how they respond and we can keep an eye out for if they ask that sort of question too often (if they do we'll usually pass it on to their sales contact at Safe to suggest training or paying for consulting with one of our partners)
