Delete the layers of DWG that have no element

Hello,

I have about 5000 DWG files that have a lot of excess layers that have no element. I would like to use FME to delete or clean up the layers that have no element. I would be grateful if you could help me, which transformations can help me with this.

There is a custom transformer to check if has feature.
