Converting from 3DS to CityGML, how to get layer by layer information in the GML file?

While converting from 3DS to CityGML, I am not able to get layer by layer information on the GML file. The 3DS file got 7 layers but the GML file Just got one object. How can I solve this?

Most of the 3D model formats import the entire model as a single feature. Please use a Deaggregator transformer to break up the model into its components.
