what I do wrong when convert osm pbf to shp?i try to create a simple workspace but i got nothing =
and i try manual add reader and writer, and i have errors =
can anyone help me?

In FME Data Inspector:
FME Workbench -> File -> Generate Workspace

now i try with small data and translation was successful, but don't save any file (log file = minsk-log.txt)
