Convert data in NAD83 with vertical from HT2_0 to CGVD1928

Hi,

I was wondering if you could please help me convert data in NAD83 with vertical from HT2_0 to CGVD 1928 adjustment.

I am using the CSMapReprojector transformer in FME Form 2023.2.1.0 (20240104 - Build 23774 - WIN64) but apparently FME is looking for a geoid height grid (*.gdc) file.

Please advise. Greatly appreciated.
