Can you display alignments with station labels including tick marks in the Graphics window?

The FME Visual preview and Data Inspector are limited in terms of graphical abilities, they are purely meant to view data for QA purposes, so the short answer would be "no"

There's ways to work around it though, one thing you can do is use a LabelPointReplacer to add labels to features (or rather: replace features with labels, so make sure you view the original features too)
