We are interested in creating an Aurora for PostgreSQL Spatial DB. However, it is not clear if FME has a Reader/Writer. Do you, or would we use the normal RDS PostGIS/PostgreSQL reader/writer?

There is an Amazon Aurora Spatial reader but that's for the "MySQL compatible" flavor. Since Amazon designed it to be compatible with PostgreSQL I would try the standard PostgreSQL or PostGIS reader/writer and see what happens.

I spun up an AWS Aurora for PostgreSQL instance, created some tables and was able to connect and load data to it using FME PostGIS writer.
