Hi All   I am completing a GIS (gml) to CAD (dwg) translation utilising a template file to bring in autocad blocks as point symbols. But I am experiencing two issues:   (1) When the DWG file is opened the extents are set as the same as the template file. Clicking zoom to extents will take us to the correct location of all the data. How can I set the output DWG to zoom to max extents of the data and not the template file?    (2) Imported autocad blocks from the template that are circle symbols change to Octagon shapes in the new DWG file - any idea why FME is chaging the underlying block?   Any ideas?   Thanks,   Mike

Hi,

Regarding 2nd point, I dont think that FME changes circles to octagon but you have regenerate the drawing such that display will adjusted. It depends on some variable in AutoCAD.
