We are currently looking into this issue and hope to have it resolved soon.
You can also try using the documentation to manually create your own custom coordinate system (https://docs.safe.com/fme/html/FME-Form-Documentation/FME-Form/Workbench/coordinate_sys_custom_about.htm)
Also the custom Coordinate System tool is available to use.
I will update this thread once we resolve the issue.
