We are using FME server 2015 , monitor topics work fine , we subscripbe to topics , but not reaceive recieve email , where can we check and find out the problem

It sounds like it might be due to a configuration error on the Subscription that sends the email. It could also be that the SMTP server that you use has a limitation of allowed clients (whitelist).
I would start debugging by looking in the FME Server log files. For FME Server 2015 you will find them in C:\\ProgramData\\Safe Software\\FME Server\\Logs
Be aware that ProgramData is a hidden folder.

Thanks all the problem was on the setting of cc email , we were using semiconlon and it suppose to be comma , May be safe can add validation for allow characters
