FME Email Received Automation for IMAP does not accept shared mailbox credentials

Hi

I have entered my Office 365 Outlook credential in for my organisation email account. This work and FME Server return "Valid" when I click validate.

However, we really wish to use a shared mailbox for the FME Server configuration (fme@). I assumed I had to enter the IMAP Account in FME Server as using the same password I used for my organisation account. However, this doesn't work and it says "invalid credentials" when I validate this.

I have also tried just adding the shared mail box address with the same password but I get the same error.

My organisation is hosting FME Server and the firewall is allowing IMAP traffic for this application so I'm a bit stuck,

Has anyone else tried to do this or have any experience/ advice on how to get around it?
