Hi All,

I currently have an Email trigger setup in flow however I’m running into the issue where the source email has the same Email Subject for all of its emails. I am currently receiving 2 scheduled emails from the source system which will come through daily in 2 separate emails with different attachments. e.g. Top 20 Regions.xlsx, Daily Occupancy.xlsx

I have the download attachments moving to a Folder in Resources.

Following the trigger, I have a workspace running however if I use “Source Microsoft Excel File” “email attachment” I have no control over which attachment is occurring due to the above.

If there's two emails the workspace will get triggered twice. Is there any checking you can do in the workspace (i.e. filename or schema) to determine whether it's the right file being read?

And what about the source system, sending the emails, it sounds like there's something not working properly there, are you able to influence that?
