Pretty much as the question asks. If I stop and start an FME Flow Instance or reboot an FME Instance, will the automations know when next to run based on before the instance restarted, or will it start the repeat from the start of the selected interval?

If you have the schedule set as a repeat on interval or a CRON expression then yes, they’ll stick to the old interval, regardless of how long the instance has been offline. If it’s a Basic schedule I’m not sure.

 

But my favourite answer: “there’s only one way to find out” 😄
