Auto Connect not working in the Attribute Connections window

The "Auto Connect" button in the Attribute Connection window is not working. This has been a problem for a couple of years now, but I'm just now reporting it as a problem. Is this happening for anybody else? Is there some way to fix it? It would save me loads of time if I could get it to work properly.

Hmm. I just tried it in 2017.1 and it worked for me. I'm using Win32 FME (build 17647) on Windows 7. What version/OS are you using?

The alternative method is to right-click the connection on the canvas and choose auto connect. That should do the same thing, like this:

So hopefully if the dialog fails the right-click option should work for you instead.

Thanks for the tip @Mark2AtSafe. Unfortunately right-clicking on the connection doesn't work either. I am using an FME ArcGIS Data Interop Edition (node locked-crc) license. FME version 2017.1.0.0 (20170731 - Build 17539 - WIN64). My OS is Windows Server 2012 R2 Server 4.0 64-bit (Build 9600).
