When doing minor upgrades, say 2017.1 to 2017.1.1.1, is there a way to upgrade using a patch instead of wholesale uninstall-reinstall?

@vicarutherford - You may consider upgrading only the FME Server Engines if, after looking through the changelog, you determine that an upgrade to the FME Server Core or Web UI is not necessary.
