Hi I am trying to install FME Desktop 2019 onto an off network laptop Windows 10. Attached is the error I get during installation. I tried installing an older version of Desktop 2018 and this also gave me the same error. Then it rolls back and undoes the install.

Hi @gisgeek,
Are you able to install FME 32-bit, but not 64-bit?
I believe this error is related to this existing article. This article has two resolutions, I would first suggest trying to install the appropriate Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package (x86 and x64 bit versions) manually, you can find the appropriate one here. Then please install FME Desktop.

Thanks so much for your quick responses. This fixed the issue and can now be installed. I installed the 64 bit VS2015 redistributable - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53587 and this resolved the issue.
