I'm looking for a specific FME version:
FME(R) 2019.2.3.1 (20200212 - Build 19823 - WIN64)
I'm not able to find it in the past versions section: https://www.safe.com/support/downloads/#past-versions
Is it still available somewhere?

You're welcome! I'm not sure whether Safe keeps every build available (at more than 1 Gb each it uses a lot of storage) but at least this one is.
