I am on Windows trying to implement using a PFX and password. I am on step 6b and running into an issue. I try to go to https://localhost/ and get "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED". It doesn't seem to let me see/download the cert at all. Any ideas? I have checked and double-checked the configurations changes including the path to the PFX and the password.
