Im trying to connect to the license-server with FME licensing assistent, but it fails.

It connects to the license-server on port 27000, but says that "it doesnt appear to offer FME licenses". If i check lmtools on the license-server i can see the FME-licenses.

Anyone who got any idea?

Including the full log from FME licensing assistent below...

Hi @swecoposlycksel,

A great place to start would be to read through and try the troubleshooting steps outlined in : https://knowledge.safe.com/articles/543/floating-license-troubleshooting.html

At first glance, it looks like you have ArcGIS and FME both being licensed from the same server, in which case this article is a good place to start as well : https://knowledge.safe.com/articles/19459/arcgis-and-fme-on-same-flexlm-license-server.html

Lastly, please double check that in the FlexServer folder on your license server (in C:\\Program Files\\FlexServer) contains only 1 safe.lic file and that it is called safe.lic (ie. not safe_new.lic); please also ensure that this file contains the correct information for the license server in terms of host name and host ID. The flexnettroubleshoot.bat file provided in the floating license troubleshooting guide is an easy way to check on the most common causes of licensing issues in one spot.

Another question to ask is : Has this license service suddenly stopped working? Or has it never worked? Is this a new symptom?
