If I reinstall FME flow software, can same license file be used again even this is a trial flow license? According to the licesne request file machine code is generating diffrent value. Do I need to request new trial license file if reinstallation is in place? Is it applicable for permanent license also in case of any reinstallation is needed? Please advise.

For both licenses, yes, you need a new license file.
For a permanent license file the serial number remains the same, so you can use that to re-request an updated license file through the GUI.
For a trial license I imagine you can just request a new trial license. It would be worth reaching out to your local reseller for clarification.
