Impossible to connect to FME Stroe for custom transformer

Hi,

 

 

I can't connect to FME Store through FME Desktop when adding custom transformer.

 

 

I am behind a proxy but the option "use system proxy settings" is checked.

 

 

I receive this error messagee:

 

 

Current connection to FME Server does not support HTTP 1.1 messaging.

 

 

I would like to try SmartCleaner_2013, is there an other way to get this transformer?

Unfortunately, I have the same error message when I try to open it from the FME Store website. I saved it on my disk but on opening it tries to connect to FMS Store again.
