Dear community,

is there a way of displaying the map scale in the Data Inspector or Universal Viewer? That would help a lot, since we wouldn't have to write the data out each time to see how big the text/geometry is reality.

Kind regards

Thomas

Hi,

as far as I know, this is not possible. You can, however, use the Mesure-tool to check size of your objects.

For the Data Inspector, be aware that you will need FME2013 SP2 for the Measure tool.

Hello David,

I suspected as much. If someone of Safe is reading in here:

Perhaps you could add this to the viewer/inspector. Although FME is not a GIS, it might be useful for analyzing the output.

Kind regards
