DGN - Custom complex line style are always solid in the result file

Hi,

I have a trouble trying to draw a dgn file containing custom complex linestyle (with cells), but the result is always a flat line.

But it works with simple custom linestyle containing only dash and dot.

I followed this documentation : http://docs.safe.com/fme/2019.0/html/FME_Desktop_Documentation/FME_ReadersWriters/igds/Custom_Line_Styles.htm

When I inspect the output DGN file with FME Data Inspector, the igds_style and the igds_style_name are correctly set.

But when I open the file in Microstation, these lines are solid.

Did someone know how to resolve this issue ?

Can FME deal with complex custum line ?

Note the FME Version is 2019.0.0.1.
