Does FME have any effective way to convert Intergraph PDF (Plant Design system) 3D models into ESRI multipatch model or other GIS-like 3D models?

You can have a look at the readers and writers documentation. However Intergraph is known to be not so cooperative when it comes to interoperability.
Thx, have you heard any third-party products to do so?
