GML: option where to set srsDimension

The srsDimension property can be set on multiple locations in a GML. Some clients require it within the gml:posList tag. However FME places them by default on the gml:geometryType, e.g. gml:LineString.

I would like to have to option to choose where FME places the srsDimension property.
