Possible bug reading ArcGIS feature service with intl. characters

Possible bug in FME 2017 RC reader when accessing feature service containing international characters, I've asked him to contact you with details:

Thanks David. I don't see a case yet, will keep a look out and add a comment to the question. The issue has been reproduced by development and problem report PR# 76052 filed.
