Set cluster tolerance during intersect

I am new to FME and need to perform an intersect with a specific cluster tolerance. In ArcGIS Pro you can set the cluster tolerance during an intersect (http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/tool-reference/analysis/intersect.htm) but I don't know how I can reproduce this in FME? The clipper does not have this option and there is no "cluster tolerance" transformer. Any suggestions?

Hello @mrosenberg57

The anchoredsnapper transformer may help, you are able to set the tolerance on it, as well as choosing the snapping mode.

There are two ideas for the functionality to be added. If you would like you could comment/upvote to increase the visibility of these ideas. They can be found here:

https://knowledge.safe.com/idea/18822/workspace-wide-precision-tolerance-setting.html

https://knowledge.safe.com/idea/37370/precision-at-geometry-handlingoperations.html

I have also attached this question to the existing PR to add this functionality, and will update this post with any updates.

Hi @mrosenberg57, like @trentatsafe mentioned, you can use the AnchoredSnapper or the Snapper to help integrate a cluster tolerance. I found that using a Snapper with the AreaOnAreaOverlayer can achieve similar results
