I have a simple FME 14 workspace that transforms a Sybase table into an ESRI gdb table with the option that the Writer uses the attributes from the Reader (Copy Attr. From Feature Type). all worked well.
Now I added a AttributeRenamer to change the name of some (not all) attributes. That leads to a resulting table where all (renamed and unchanged) attributes are chars with length 200.
So, how can I tell the Renamer only to re-name and not to change the data type ?
