Hi,

I'm using FME 2016. My workflow is:

- open dwg

- transform (coordinates)

- write dwg

With FME 2016 I'm able to retain layouts but here is my problem: layout viewports don't seem to be transformed. After the coordinate transformation is done the viewports still point to where the data was before the transformation. I enabled "read paper space layout Information" and "read model space entities through viewport".

Does anyone know if transformer works an viewports as well and if so, how?

Thank you, Rob

For all I know, features having the attribute 'autocad_viewport_handle' can be tricky to write back to DWG. But I don't have any DWG files with viewports to test on. It would be helpful if you could share a sample dataset and/or your workspace?

Could you send us the log file and template workspace ( .FMWT ) ?
