Compare shape with pointcloud
I have shape file with buildings (poligones) and a LiDAR pointcloud (las file). I would like to know and detect if the buildings geometry are changed. How i can compare my point cloud to my shape file to locate for example new building or if a buildings is bigger? I tried with hullaccumulator but the poligone created is not very accurate and i can't detect changement on my buildings...

That would involve quite some math and statistics.
There are tools though wich eleviate this requirement.
There are a lot of papers you can find by just typing searching on "extract building footprints from lidar".
