Why does the Raster API FMEBand getNodataValue() return an FMETile?

Hi @jdh, I don't know exact reason, but I guess that Safe developers designed the FMETile class not only as a data structure for Tile instances but also as a data type which can be related to a specific raster band interpretation. You can see many band/palette methods return an FMETile value.
