Hi @addisalem

Have you checked out our engines troubleshooting guide?

If the FME Engine service is started in Windows Services, I'd suggest taking a look at the log files:

<FMEServerSystemShare>\\resources\\logs\\core\\current\\fmeserver.log

<FMEServerSystemShare>\\resources\\logs\\engine\\current\\*.log

<FMEServerSystemShare>\\resources\\logs\\engine\\current\\jobs\\job_xx.log

Have you changed the account running the FME Server Engine service in Windows Services?

Alternatively, if you system is low on memory you may find that clean up tasks are causing the log files to be cleaned up or not written. Have you checked the log folders through the web ui and the file explorer?
