Is FME server is flexible enough to be integrated with the monitoring tools such as Splunk ,. Dynatrace , kibana .. etc. Can the monitoring and manipulation of the batch jobs integrate with tools such as CA7?

FME Server has a REST API that could be accessed by these services - https://docs.safe.com/fme/html/FME_REST/apidoc/v3/index.html
You could also buid a process that runs on your FME Server that sends the required data to these services through their APIs
