How to clip solids?

I've 2 solids and I want to use a clipper to split them. But I can't get the clipper working (tried all the options) :-S.

So it would be great if somebody could help me :-).

I've attached the files and workbench.

Hi,

I guess it's because your input clippee doesn't meet the requirements of Clipper ​.

I used CSGBuilder and it prompted "Processing on a solid has failed. The solid may be too complex, not closed, or not orientable."
