+7Hi, after installing the FME Form, I enter my student license number under the “Fixed License - Serial Number”, but the license is taking 3-hours (on-going) to get. Is this normal (as it indicates may take a minute), or I should forced close the licensing assistant and re-enter my license number?

+50It should be pretty much instant. Close it and try again, this timing running it as administrator. If that also fails, try generating a license file here: https://engage.safe.com/activation/
With that file you’ll then need to use the Manual Licensing option in the Licensing Assistant
+7I forced closed the license assistant, and re-enter the license number. It does only takes minutes. Thanks
