Have you set your Flow instance up to be accessible externally?

If you have, and you’re still having issues, it’s likely there are either outbound firewall rules blocking the connect to FME on the AWS side, or there are inbound firewall rules blocking AWS on the FME/Infrastructure side

Thank you for your response. No we haven’t . It is only accessible internally. Is the link provided will guide us through on how the instance to be accessible externally?
