The ISO-8601 standard for week numbers in the DateTimeConverter is missing the Week 01 - 53 implementation, where week 01 is the one with the first Thursday of the year. This is referred to as %V in other scripting languages. Can this be added as a DateTime function?

It would be useful if the options for the handling of week numbers could be improved.

There should at least be an option to use the ISO week date (W01-53) instead of the W00-53 implemented in FME.

In trying to adjust for this and be compatible with week numbers in Outlook, I noticed the DateTimeCalculator Parameters don't include an option for adding/substracting weeks - this would be beneficial too.
