I have previously successfully configured FME Server with an Azure File Share as the System Share using a UNC path, but have not tried it with blob storage.
Is this supported? If, so how do I configure it?

I might be barking up the wrong tree here, but can you map blob storage to a drive in windows? Then you could just use that drive
