Trailhead account seems to be reset.

Hi all,

Please help! 

 

From January to April 2023 I worked through most of the FME Desktop/Form Advanced and Server/Flow advanced course. Now, December 2023, it seems my account and the progress is lost. All the badges I gained etc. In addition, some of the trailmixes I followed seem to not exist anymore. Anyone had a similar experience? Or know how this could be solved.

I feel your pain.​

The FME Academy received an update in October 2023. There's an article with more information which mentions "Please note that badge records from the old FME Academy won't transfer to the new platform due to technical constraints. However, your hard-earned certification records will transition smoothly. "
