Hi everyone. Is this a bug in FME Desktop 2018.1.0.3 Build 18552 Data Inspector?

Failed to initialize the reader in the temporary rendering process

Failed to create the reader in the worker process for 2D rendering

It happens every time I use the Data Inspector out of Desktop Feature caching. It will load the file and display normal for about 30 seconds but then errors to this message.
