Can we solve snapping errors on Fme form?

This is a quite broad question, so you’ll get a general answer; yes.
It depends on what you have and what you want, but the transformers Snapper and AnchoredSnapper are a start.
Other transformers like the AreaBuilder have Snapping options build in.
And if you want to go manual, find the loose ends and use a neighborfinder to connect the dots.
