Link Excel in to same attribute to .dgn

Hi

I have set of Details filled in the excel.i have to connect the Excel in the dgn. for example In my Excel door no was 15 it contains 32 details. in my dgn also the level door no was 15.i have to connect like this,in ArcGIS term like Join and Relates..

Another option is using the Joiner to join the Excel to the DGN.
