How do I create a hyperlink from a shapefile to an image url?

Hi - can you advise what application you're going to be displaying this in? What is the output format? Certainly FME can write HTML, so if the parts are in the shape file from which the URL can be constructed, the various string editors/concatenators in FME can create a URL.
